A team of ten runs the series, the game, and the AI-pin. We are hiring for two open roles right now: a Unity developer for the game team and a Blender 3D artist for the world's heroes and props.

Unity developer

Level: middle / senior

You help Irlen ship the initial version of the game in August. Gameplay architecture, mechanics on the twelve-mechanic × six-location matrix, multiplayer, and integration of camera-based body tracking.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain the twelve game mechanics on a matrix-driven architecture
  • Multiplayer sessions of up to thirty players with server-side sync
  • Integrate augmented reality and body tracking through the phone camera
  • Wire the AI-companion modules into game scenes
  • Build stability and Android / iOS performance

What we expect

  • At least three years of commercial Unity and C# work
  • Experience with multiplayer games and server architecture
  • Mobile release experience in App Store and Google Play
  • Comfortable working in a trilingual environment (Russian, Kazakh, English)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Mirror, Netcode for GameObjects, or Photon
  • Experience with ARKit, ARCore, or Mediapipe
  • Experience working on children's content

Blender 3D artist

Level: middle

You sculpt the heroes, the props of the six locations, and OIYNUP figurines in the style Ivan Ivanov set with the concepts. Models ship to the Unity game and to 3D-printed figurines in parallel.

What you will do

  • Model characters and props from concept art
  • UV unwrapping and texture baking for a mobile game
  • Prepare models for 3D printing and serial assembly
  • Light animation and rigging for base movement
  • Work in a shared Blender → Unity pipeline

What we expect

  • At least two years of commercial Blender work
  • Portfolio with characters and props in stylised 3D
  • Understanding of polygon budgets for mobile games
  • Attention to detail and comfort with iteration

Nice to have

  • Experience preparing models for 3D printing
  • Experience with baked-texture pipelines without PBR
  • Experience working on children's content
